New fireworks noise laws come into effect soon.
I’ll be interested to see if this has any effect whatsoever on whoever it is that sets off fireworks every Saturday night over a period of a few hours, sometimes as late as one in the morning. Absolutely no idea who it is, but think it could be Kew Gardens/a local boat club hosting a shindig (but every weekend?)
